The AmCham Academy will consist of a series of 12 events throughout the year. Each month, the rising stars of AmCham companies will gather for learning and networking opportunity. The aim of the Academy is to provide talented junior executives with relevant and engaging seminars on career development best practices, peer-to-peer networking, and dialogue with senior executives from industry-leading companies. About the Academy

The Academy consists of a series of 12 events throughout the year. Each month, the rising stars of AmCham member companies gather for a learning and networking opportunity.

The AmCham Academy is a program designed to tap into the rising leaders of your organisation. Through interacting with major American and Australian corporate leaders and government officials, this program will give insights, exposure to new ways of thinking, and expand networks.

To be a successful business leader has always meant the ability to access information, process that information, and act on that information before your competitors do. The hyper-connected and rapidly evolving markets of today mean that it is ever more important to participate in lifetime education and network building so that your staff can anticipate what is the next thing that will impact your business. MAY 14 Behavioural Ethics - Ethical decision making, behaviour and personal accountability

JUN 11 Story Telling for Business - Strengthening brand identity through storytelling

JUL 23  Turning Potential into Performance - The neuroscience of adult learning

AUG 13 Building trust in a Digital Age - Social networking is a corporate setting

SEP 10 Optimizing your Productivity and Wellbeing - Mindfulness for productivity, efficiency and sustainable performance

OCT 15 Innovation and Remaining Relevant - Design thinking, innovation and AI

NOV 12 Cultural Diversity - Embrace cultural diversity to create a productive and creative environment

DEC 10 Closing Ceremony - Networking event at the US Consul General’s Residence

All program modules will be delivered by Senior Executives or Professional Facilitators and will provide direct access to key business leaders across a range of industries.

Participants will need to complete 70% of the seminars to qualify for the Certificate of completion.
