The brand new AmCham Academy will consist of a series of 12 events throughout 2019. Each month, the rising stars of AmCham companies like yours will gather for learning and networking opportunity. The aim of the Academy is to provide talented junior executives with relevant and engaging seminars on career development best practices, peer-to-peer networking, and dialogue with senior executives from industry-leading companies. The AmCham Academy will help tomorrow’s leaders develop the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to be global pacesetters in the modern business world.
The AmCham Academy Opening Ceremony will be held at the beginning of 2019 at International Chamber House and will be hosted by a Victorian Government Minister. Once per month from February to November, the Academy will meet for a before-work session at International Chamber House in Exhibition St, Melbourne. At the end of the year, a Closing Ceremony will take place at the residence of U.S. Consul General in Toorak. A Certificate of Completion will be presented to participants who have attended seven or more seminars.
The topics will include a mix of themes such as agility, productivity, brand, communication, corporate relationships, leadership, remaining relevant, and behavioural ethics.
Spaces are limited and we anticipate high demand, so we ask each leader to limit himself or herself to nominating a maximum of three participants.

• All program modules will be delivered by Senior Executives or Professional facilitators and will provide direct access to key business leaders across a range of industries.
• Participants will need to complete 70% of the seminars to qualify for the Certificate of completion.
• Cancellations or substitutions for this series must be received no later than 29 January.
