Speakers

Alicia Eggington, Associate Director of Sales, Procter & Gamble Australia

Alicia is Associate Director of Sales at Procter & Gamble Australia, and is a passionate leader of diversity & inclusion within the organisation. In her decade-long career with P&G, she has completed multiple Sales roles, working with all of Australia's major retailers and across P&G's major health, beauty, grooming and home care brands. Alicia pioneered the creation of a Category Management function at P&G Australia, which serves as an independent advisor to retailers on major trends shaping the FMCG landscape. Following an assignment in P&G's US office in 2015, Alicia was inspired by the organisation’s US Women’s Network and returned home to lead the establishment of the P&G Australian Women's Network. This remains a strong and supportive network for the 70 women of P&G Australia, giving them a platform to network, develop skills, share concerns and support one another. Diversity & Inclusion is a core part of the culture of P&G, and Alicia plays an active role in enabling all members of the Australian team to embrace their full, unique selves at work.
