Stephanie Cousins, CEO, Talent Beyond Boundaries
Stephanie has over 15 years of professional experience in non-profit leadership, with a focus on human rights, humanitarian and development causes. She has assisted in the creation of several non-profit startups, most recently Talent Beyond Boundaries in Australia.
Sathya Gnanakaran, Australia and New Zealand Director, Talent Beyond Boundaries
Sathya is an Immigration Lawyer practising in the field with a focus on skilled migration for the last 14 years. She was working alongside Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) in her role at EY as an Immigration Manager, where her team managed a number of TBB’s candidates’ visa applications. Prior to working at EY, she also worked at Fragomen. She joined TBB in May 2021 as TBB’s Australia and New Zealand Director to lead the Australian program and currently focuses on the Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement Pilot program.
Sarah Krugar, Managing Director - Human Resources, Accenture Australia and New Zealand
Sarah is HR Director for Accenture, Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for our people and culture including employee experience, operational excellence, talent strategy and delivery, being a strong partner to the business and enabling a safe and inclusive environment for all our people. Sarah manages our people programs, which are focused on re-imagining what it means to be a leader and to manage talent in the digital age. The programs help attract, grow, enthuse and reward the very best people. As a leader within our business Sarah also works directly with our clients to help develop ways they can grow and support their talent. Sarah is particularly passionate about Inclusion and Diversity and the difference that can be made in this area. She is passionate about our people and providing opportunities for them to focus on their strengths and thrive in an ever challenging and changing work environment.
Teresa Liu, Managing Partner for Australia and New Zealand, Fragomen Worldwide
Teresa is a solicitor that has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration law since 1998. Fragomen is the largest immigration provider in the world. Managing Fragomen’s extensive Australian and New Zealand operations, she advises some of the world's largest multinational corporations, as well as major Australian corporations, small and medium-size enterprises, start-ups and high net worth entrepreneurs and investors. Teresa is an active contributor to the industry and profession. She is a current appointment member of the Migration Advice Industry Advisory Group, which provides expert advice to the Australian Government on matters relating to the migration advice industry, including potential reforms to the legislative framework governing the industry. She also presents to the legal profession through seminars and conferences and is a continuing author of immigration publications, including the LexisNexis Practical Guidance Immigration Law Module. Teresa has recently been appointed as a member of the newly formed Migration Member Advisory Committee (MAC) of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA). She sits on a number of Fragomen Worldwide committees and is the current co-chair of the worldwide firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
Fadi Moussa, Strategy & Consulting | Supply Chain & Operations, Accenture Australia and New Zealand
Fadi lived the first 28 years of his life as a Stateless person in Lebanon. No access to education, healthcare or legal rights, this young man defied the odds and made it all the way to Sydney in 2019 and is currently working as an Associate Manager within Supply Chain & Operations, part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Practice. He has extensive experience designing and implementing large scale transformation projects in retail, banking and telecommunications.
Mahrukh Mundul, Global Immigration and Visa Services Director, Fragomen Worldwide
Mahrukh Mundul is the Director of Global Immigration and Visa Services, operating from Fragomen’s office in Sydney, Australia. Prior to this role, she was the Practice Leader of the firm’s office in North Ryde, Sydney. Mahrukh is an Australian Registered Migration Agent, and has close to 20 years’ experience within the Australian migration industry. Her role is a strategic one within the worldwide firm, and focuses on building worldwide opportunities for Fragomen in working with India-based clients across all industry sectors for their global immigration requirements. She also supports business development and client retention initiatives for the Australian practice. This involves regular engagement with clients and other contacts within Australia, India and in Asia and where she has a strong appreciation of cultural differences, diversity and impact on business, work and people. She has particular experience in the management of large scale immigration programs and in consulting and advising clients across a wide range of industry groups. In particular, she has worked with a strong client base of Indian headed businesses in the ICT and other sectors. Mahrukh's experience extends to helping small or start-up companies in their movement of staff, and in the establishment of a suitable immigration program for them. Mahrukh speaks at a number of forums in connection with Australian visa options and compliance for Corporates. Mahrukh holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Sociology, from the University of Bombay, India. She migrated to Australia from India as a permanent resident in 1990. Mahrukh is also fluent in Gujrati and Hindi.
Div Pillay, CEO, Mind Tribes
Div Pillay is the CEO of MindTribes & Co-Founder of Culturally Diverse Women & Workforces. Both businesses work to advise and change manage inclusion roadmaps for intersectional diversity across race, culture, generations and gender. They primarily hold boards and senior executives accountable for sustainable D&I change. Div has a strong social footprint – globally and locally - 10% of MindTribes revenue goes to empower girls in developing countries through Plan International and she is on the Board of STREAT in Victoria, Australia, supporting homeless youth (25% of whom are migrants, refugees and asylum seekers). She is also Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia. Div is an award-winning business leader, named as one of the 100 Women of Influence in Australia, a Westpac 200 Businesses of Tomorrow Winner, Monash University Alumni Excellence Award Winner, Telstra Business Award Finalist and Tech Diversity Award Finalist. She is also a State, Telstra Business Women’s Award (AU), Judge, 2020.
