 Rohit Kar, Managing Consultant
Gallup
Rohit Kar is a Managing Consultant with Gallup. He has 17 years’ experience working with clients across Middle East & Asia. Rohit supports his clients through strategic consulting around organization performance, culture transformation and customer centricity.
Rohit’s clients include organizations across Banking, Healthcare and Energy among others. He is a speaker representing Gallup in conferences and events focused on sharing experience and knowledge about future of work.
Rohit started his career at Gallup in their India Office where he spent 4 years before moving to manage the business in Thailand for 4 years followed by heading their consulting group in Middle East for nearly 4 years. Since 2019, he is based in Melbourne and managing a portfolio of client across APAC.
Rohit holds a degree in engineering from University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad.
 Trevor Whatenaar, Senior Workplace Consultant

Trevor Wantenaar is a Senior Workplace Consultant and heads up the Victorian market and the oil, gas, energy and mining sectors for Gallup. In this role, he consults with business leaders to identify ways to improve their overall employee experience through understanding talent selection, increasing engagement, building strength-based cultures and developing leadership capability.
Innovative and with a breadth of experience, working across the government, public and private sectors, Trevor is a strengths coach and trained executive coach, with Coaching Australia, who helps businesses understand their people to create a culture of high performance by helping people better understand themselves.
