Driving Entrepreneurship and Future Industries in South Australia
“Everything Starts with Ideas”
Premier Marshall has promised exciting changes for South Australia—changes that will transform our economic landscape and provide new opportunities for businesses to grow. His government wants to make SA the leading state for business startups. Leading the State’s new vision is South Australia’s first Chief Entrepreneur, co-founder and chairman of Nova Group, Jim Whalley, supported by the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board consisting of prominent business leaders who are innovators and entrepreneurs.
Learn about what the government is doing to support this brave and audacious goal, encouraging entrepreneurs to seize opportunities and turn ideas into businesses. What are they doing to kickstart their journey? How can you and your company benefit directly or as a result of successful new businesses sprouting in SA. Hear what the Office of the Chief Entrepreneur is doing to establish this new model for entrepreneurship. What is FIXE – the Future Industries eXchange for Entrepreneurship? What and where is Lot Fourteen, and why is it important? What is GigCity Adelaide? What is the new visa for entrepreneurs? What is the Research, Commercialisation and Startup Fund? The South Austalian Venture Capital Fund? The Space Innovation Fund?
All this and much more will be discussed on 15 February. You need to know what’s happening in this growing space and how you can benefit. Bring colleagues and clients who need to know.
