Workplace diversity embraces the unique blend of knowledge, skills and perspectives that people bring to a workplace. Diversity can be broken down into culture, ethnicity, gender and gender identity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, language and education, all of which aid in harnessing the benefits of an effective workplace.

This event aims to better understand the importance of tearing down the walls of division, when it comes to diversity.
