The US Election and its impact on Australia

AmCham Business Luncheon

About the Event

The 2020 US Election will be the biggest event of the year and it’s shaping up to be one of the most contested campaigns in history.

The contest between former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders could be settled on “Super Tuesday”, or billionaire Michael Bloomberg could throw the whole thing into disarray with a strong showing.

The US is Austraila’s largest investor, and international trade and investment are sure to be impacted if there is a change in the presidency.

Will Trump be elected for four more years, or will a Democrat led Administration with a very different agenda take America in a totally new direction?

How will the US election affect Australian business?

Hear everything that you need to know about the candidates and the policy agendas, to prepare your business for a renewed Trump presidency, or a change to a very different Democrat government.

This will be a discussion you cannot miss if your business has links to the United States.

The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) represents business; providing networking opportunities, valuable support for emerging industries, and helping to establish business networks and commercial partnerships. Through AmCham’s advocacy work, the chamber works to improve the efficiency and strength of the business sector to build a strong and prosperous economy.
