Now with Manhattan Associates the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave accredited market leader for both warehouse management order management software, Alex is currently driving business growth for Manhattan Associates through delivering value added solutions to the ANZ Retail and 3PL sector.


Michael Dyson
Managing Director, ANZ & SE Asia

With more than 30 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development and Executive Management Roles, Michael has built long term relationships with partners and customers based on trust and the ability to identify when and where he can genuinely add value.

Since 2003, Michael has been working with technology integrators, MSP’s and the reseller community to develop and implement mobility solutions for mission and business critical applications. With extensive experience across the Emergency Service, Utility, Retail and Transport and Logistics sectors, he has a clear understanding of the challenges that working in harsh or remote environments can present and the importance of being able to successfully deploy, manage, secure and support technology that is fit for purpose.

In his role as Managing Director for SOTI across ANZ & SE Asia, Michael has spoken widely at events across the region on the rapidly growing and ever-expanding use of mobile and remote technology and the implications for Enterprises responsible for managing issues such as data security, workplace safety and personal privacy.


Royston Phua
Senior Advisor - Vertical Marketing Strategy - Asia Pacific Supply Chains

Royston is currently the Vertical Practice Lead for Asia Pacific Supply Chains with Zebra Technologies, having joined in July 2019 where he is responsible for collaborating with businesses with dynamic and complex supply chains to identify supply chain digitization opportunities that promote visibility, transparency, accountability and resultant savings. This can involve Zebra’s award-winning innovative technologies in the field of Edge Computing solutions that consists of Zebra products, software, services, analytics and solutions – interacting with the various components within the supply chain that enable these businesses to gain actionable visibility to sense what is happening; analyze or anticipate the outcome and make best action decisions in real time for sustainable and high performance operations.

Royston has been in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry for nearly two decades in a variety of roles with regional responsibilities that has enabled him to appreciate the importance of businesses having robust and agile supply chains along with efficient logistics operations that would contribute significantly to a business’ success story. This is increasingly evident in today’s world where customers are more knowledgeable, demand more from products and services; and consider their overall experiences as a pre-condition for loyalty retention.

Royston is a practicing advocate for supply chain operating excellence based on his past experiences with leading global 3rd party logistics integrators; having first started in a regional warehousing and distribution operating environment before progressing to a solution design and implementation role prior to assuming commercial roles with customers in the Aerospace, Healthcare, Retail and Technology sectors. Prior to joining Zebra, he was an APAC regional business development and solutions specialist for a North American software company that specialized in transportation management execution solutions.

Royston holds a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Logistics from Northumbria University’s Newcastle Business School in the UK and is domiciled in Singapore.
