Horizon Power - presentation by Frank Tudor, Managing Director. Horizon Power is revitalising regional WA by being a leader in the development of energy micro grids into sophisticated platforms that provide infinite customer choice and a low carbon future. Horizon is currently undertaking a series of trials that will result in much higher levels of distributed energy on to isolated regional power systems that, once seen as an impediment, are now the platforms at the forefront of the transformation of the energy industry.
Woodside FutureLab - witness one of the most active centrifuge's in the world, observe the Industrial Transformation Training Centre (ITTC), learn about OceanWorks and the FutureLab program
Edith Cowan University - explore the Electron Science Research Institute, discover the Motorsports workshop and engineering facilities and experience the Exercise Medicine Research Institute
Nuheara - experience revolutionary wireless earbuds
Spark Co-Lab - tune in on representatives from Spark Co-Lab, Ernst & Young and City of Perth about collaborations between industry and government
City of Joondalup - enjoy a networking lunch and presentation at the prestigious Joondalup Resort
Hazer Group Limited - Geoff Pocock will discuss capital markets and the role of the ASX with start-up capital in Australia
Delegates will conclude the day with networking, canapes and drinks with Luke Clarke, Policy Advisor, Office of the The Hon. Dave Kelly MLA, Minister for Water; Fisheries, Forestry; Innovation and ICT; Science.
