As they talk about how they have been international ambassadors for our state showing the world that South Australia is open for business!

Keith Thomas commenced as the CEO of the Port Adelaide Football Club in September, 2011.

Since that time, Port Adelaide Football Club has achieved significant sporting and commercial success, recording the following achievements:

AFL finals participants in 2013 and 2014, finishing third in 2014
60,000 paid members - double the number achieved in 2011
Tripled corporate revenue since 2012
Transitioned to the Adelaide Oval, now considered the best match day experience in Australian sport
Played the historic, first ever AFL game for premiership points in China in 2017

Heather Croall is an experienced CEO and Director known as a visionary in the creative sector who delivers innovative festival programs, new audiences and organisational growth.

She has specific expertise in partner engagement, capital acquisition and digital transformation. With an international career in Film, TV and the Arts, Heather has a strong track record in implementing organisational change and capacity building. She has grown audience bases in all festivals she has led and has transitioned a number of festivals and creative sector organisations into the digital age.

Under her leadership, every festival Heather has run has seen an increase in turn over, been met with high critical acclaim, delivered growth in ticket sales and expanded audience demographic. Heather has a reputation for generating new income streams and delivering excellent management of stakeholder relations. 

Between 2012 and 2015, Heather produced a series of 9 music archive feature documentaries for the BBC, ABC and various international festivals. They continue to play on TV and at festivals around the world. 

In 2014, Heather was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctorate by Sheffield Hallam University. In 2013, The Alliance of Women Film Journalists named Heather Ambassador of Women’s Film for her work in creating opportunities for women documentary makers. In 2005, Heather was awarded a Fellowship in Interactive Media by Screen Australia. 
 
Mike Hnyda is the Chief Executive of Investment Attraction South Australia.

This dynamic, customer-focussed agency is responsible for driving inward investment into South Australia – investment which creates high value-adding industries and sustainable jobs.

A Chartered Surveyor by trade, Mike has 20 years’ experience in foreign direct investment and delivering major global projects.

Before making the move to South Australia, Mike was Deputy Director of the Welsh Government’s Inward Investment and Trade team and prior to that held director roles with International Business Wales (IBW), and the Welsh Development Agency (WDA) – all agencies focused on attracting global inward investment to Wales.

During this time Mike‘s teams were responsible for attracting many high profile investments to Wales from companies such as Amazon, Ford, Toyoda Gosei, General Dynamics, Sony and Glen Dimplex.

Mike is married with two grown up sons, David and Richard, and loves all sports particularly rugby, golf and running marathons.

Narayan Sreenivasan
, Geo Leader, Business Transformation AP South, Dassault Systemes.

Narayan has driven key business transformation programs for our clients in ASEAN and Australia for almost two decades.
 
Since joining Dassault Systèmes, apart from initiating Industry Supply Chain capability programs, Narayan has led high-value projects in the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive sectors, developing operational platforms for Mining, submarines, fighter and trainer aircrafts, attack helicopters and heavy commercial vehicles. His functional expertise is in Knowledge Management, Systems Engineering, Data Interoperability and Collaboration Methodologies.
 
Narayan was previously the lead Design Engineer for Digital Collaboration at National Aerospace Labs in India. He currently leads the Dassault Systèmes Business Transformation team in Asia Pacific South.
