About the Event

Healthcare is the largest sector of the Australian economy at 10 per cent of GDP and the country’s biggest employer, making up around 13 per cent of the working population, as well as being at the forefront of innovation, and trade. How can your business benefit from this sector?

Key elements driving healthcare policy include an ageing population, chronic disease, medical and technological advancements.  There have been many challenges to the sector, especially over the last 18 months, and how we proactively respond will determine the opportunities that lay ahead.

AmCham’s panel of experts will discuss:
Enhancing the value and productivity of health services to deliver customer focussed and outcome orientated healthcare.
The digital health landscape
Australian and international collaboration in various health initiatives
Opportunities and challenges for the industry including private and public investment in the sector
COVID19 and the response this year
