AmCham Privacy Statement

The information that you provide to us is not sold to third party data compilation services. From time to time, we may make your contact details available to other AmCham members. Your contact details are also included in the "AmCham USA / Australia Trade Directory", published annually by the Chamber.

Our association attempts to link only to sites which have similarly high respect for your privacy. However, we are not responsible for the content of the privacy practices employed by other sites.

Third party web-sites should contain their own privacy statements and those third parties are responsible for informing you about their own privacy practice. AmCham receives no benefit on data from those third party web-sites who may collect information about you.

Should you have a problem with privacy on any site we link to please let us know by contacting us.
Personal information that may be gathered may include name, address, email or credit card information in the case of event registration, publications or membership purchases. The information you volunteer to us is used to fulfil your request and provide you with AmCham services, events or publications. Information from our website will be collected and may be used for AmCham marketing.

By requesting an AmCham service such as membership, event registration or purchasing a publication, you consent to the collection and use of your contact information which may be disclosed to other AmCham Australia members (excluding credit card details).
